    Succulent and sticky, beautifully cooked. Fantastic flavours. Taking off a star because it is just far too salty. My husband is a salt "addict" and the type who will grind salt over his entire plate of food before tasting it. After I tasted my food I warned him not to pre-salt before trying it first. I noticed he wasn't picking up the salt grinder during the meal Afterwards he said, it was good but far too salty. Now if hubby says it's too salty...! lol If that's your bag you will love this meal. We will wait a while and try again, in case this was just an accidentally overly salted batch. Should it turn out to be less salty, I will definitely post another review.

    So far this has been my partners favourite. He said the meat was deliciously tender and falls right off the bone and the sauce has lots of flavour. ??
