Legality

If you checkout using our credit card facility, the name that will appear on your statement will be bbcatering. Our Legal business name is Bede Beaumont Catering 2010 Limited.

Security

If you checkout using our credit card facility, your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. BEDE BEAUMONT CATERING 2010 LIMITED will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAYs secure servers.

Alternatively if you checkout using Paypal, your payment is processed through Paypal’s secure facilities and we will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data related to payment is transferred via Paypal’s servers.

Refund Policy

The vast majority of orders at bbquick are delivered without a hitch, but from time-to-time things go wrong and you may need to arrange a return.

The item I received is not the item I ordered

We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to bbquick. You will be provided with a no-cost return-addressed satchel (or similar) and process your refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving your item.

The item I ordered was damaged in transit

If your item was damaged between leaving bbquick and arriving at your delivery address you will receive a full refund or replacement. courier will collect the damaged parcel from your address, along with the original packaging, and once the damage has been verified your return will be processed.
Regrettably, neither bbquick nor our preferred courier are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being delivered to your property.

 

Cancellation Policy

You will need to contact us if you wish to cancel or modify an order. We will happily cancel your order before it has been dispatched, although we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Shipping policy

bbquick use New Zealand Couriers as their preferred Nationwide distributor
NZ couriers tries for a same day/overnight service to most areas but some addresses can take 2-3 days
the buyer acknowledges by accepting bbquick terms and conditions; that the parcel will be left by the courier at the door if no one answers
